“As new Member of the Transeo Board of Directors and Vice-Chairman, I am delighted to share our achievements and projects with you on the occasion of this 2023 General Assembly! Transeo has become a reference in the industry and keeps on attracting new Members from all over the world, who can easily understand the added value of our community. We are proud of this growing community of Members, who share Transeo’s values of open-mindedness and professionalism.
With our flagship events, the Transeo Summits (Summer & Winter edition), we keep on offering unique international networking opportunities, but also great content with inspiring speakers. Our Members also benefit from exclusive cross-border dealmaking opportunities, with our Transeo Deal Club. With our monthly meetings, an increasing number of Deal Club Members from all over the world and a well-managed portfolio of sell-side and buy-side profiles, I think we can be proud and we will keep on developing the offering and the community of dealmakers. Capacity building and peer sharing is also an essential part of our DNA : that is why our Members have the opportunity to take part in the Transeo Academy to gain new skills, with guest experts sharing both theory and practical cases. In a nuthsell, in the name of the Transeo Board of Directors, I would like to warmly thank all our Members for their trust and involvement and we are looking forward to the future, to keep on helping businesses across Europe become everlasting, thanks to sustainable transfers and acquisitions.”
