Our next Transeo Academy will take place on the 17th of March.

This session will be presented by Florent Durieux – founder of FBPD – and Graham Boyd – founder of Evolutesix Regenerative Ventures.

They will explore business succession as an identity shift for outgoing entrepreneurs, and a demanding entry point for successors navigating new organisations in an increasingly uncertain world.

The presentation will cover:

• The emotional and identity aspects of business transfer
• The differing visions of entrepreneurs and investors
• The evolving expectations of younger successors
• Practical approaches towards a more regenerative and balanced transition

The session will follow our dynamic format:

• A concise 5-minute introduction
• Followed by a 40-minute presentation
• And then an interactive 15-minute discussions
