The SMEs Benelux Day, organised under the Luxembourg Presidency of the Benelux Union, will take place on 17 December 2025.
This event, supported by the three Benelux SME Envoys, will bring together policymakers, SME representatives and experts from Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg to exchange views on how regional cooperation can strengthen SMEs’ competitiveness and foster a sustainable business environment.
With European competitiveness, innovation, and the green and digital transitions high on the policy agenda, the discussions will focus on three key topics:
- Simplifying administrative procedures
- Improving business transfer
- Exploring SME financing
The event will be officially opened by Mr. Lex Delles, Minister for the Economy, SMEs, Energy and Tourism of Luxembourg.
