Our next Transeo Academy will take place on April 20th and will be hosted by Raphaëlle Mattart.
This event is exclusively for Transeo Members.
Governance is a key issue in the transmission process and family businesses are an important target audience, representing up to 80% of companies in Europe.
However, when we talk about governance, we still tend to take into account corporate governance only. During this TRANSEO Academy, we will take a more holistic approach to family business governance by discussing corporate and family governance, their complementarity, and their necessary differences. We will then delve deeper into family governance, the different ways of approaching it, the different mechanisms that compose it and the ways of adapting them to the complexities of business and the family, thereby allowing for a long-term vision, particularly in phases of transition.
With this first theoretical approach, you will have all the concepts in hand to participate in the practical case presented at the TRANSEO Summit next June!
