Last Friday, Transeo Chairman Jean-Pierre Di Bartolomeo took part as guest speaker in the “Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition” Summit in Lausanne (Switzerland), organised by Transeo Member “Novastone Capital Advisors” in partnership with IMD Business School. He was invited to share his expertise in a keynote address (“SME Succession, a View from Europe”) about the state of the art of EU policy in the field of business transfer, the remaining challenges and existing opportunities and about the role of private investors in helping take up that important challenge.
