Such a success was a strong sign of the business transfer experts’s will to meet each other, to exchange good practices and experience, to expand their network and increase their understanding of business transfer issues. 40 experts from a dozen countries in Europe and further afield spoke during more than ten plenary sessions, workshops and networking sessions and tackled the most important issues in SME transfer : the seller’s awareness, the importance of public and private business support companies, the matching services between sellers and buyers and the consequences of the financial and economic crisis on the business transfer sector.
