Colin Hofman, whom we had the opportunity to meet during a recent exchange, is currently developing Sparra, a software platform designed to address operational bottlenecks in small-cap sell-side transactions.
In a market where timelines are lengthening and competitive pressure is increasing; a significant amount of time is still spent on manual and repetitive tasks. Sparra aims to streamline daily deal execution by structuring financial deliverables, automating the production of marketing materials, and centralising buyer pipeline management within a single workflow.
The platform is built around three core pillars:
Sparra is currently in development and already being tested by early practitioners.
A limited number of additional pilot users are being onboarded to contribute to the platform’s refinement.
