COVID-19 – TRANSEO STAYS BY YOUR SIDE

Transeo adapted its way of working & is available during these difficult times

To all Transeo Members and our Broader Community,

First, I hope you and your families are safe and healthy during these difficult times. The Transeo Secretariat General adapted its way of working, and currently functions remotely, while remaining available and taking all necessary measures to keep on offering the best services possible to our Community. In the months to come, we will propose virtual content such as webinars, testimonies,… and Transeo Deal Club meetings will continue to be organised, but virtually.

Also remember that you can follow the activities of Transeo and its Members, as well as receive news about business transfer (events, research, publications …) by following Transeo on social networks (LinkedinTwitter).

This crisis represents a challenge for all of us, both at home and in business. Nevertheless, it should not prevent us, from continuing to support & encourage cross-border acquisitions of SMEs across Europe, and to strive to reinforce the European Single Market. Transeo will continue its mission to encourage such cross-border and international transactions and facilitate them with its “Transeo Deal Club”. Feel free to contact the Transeo team should you want to receive information about it.

This crisis will also require solidarity between different countries and Transeo Members, and initiatives such as the exchange of good practices, mutual support to help other ecosystems become more mature in terms of business transfer for instance, will be crucial to limit the damages of the current situation. Now more than ever, Transeo will take up its role and responsibilities on that issue.

Our international community of experts will be helpful in the coming months to help companies face the consequences of this Coronavirus crisis and guarantee the continuity of their activities and in case of need, find a new owner to give the company a second wind.

Keep safe and healthy, take care of your beloved ones and do not forget that we are stronger together and that the Transeo Community stays connected in these hard times.

Best regards,

Jean-Pierre Di Bartolomeo

Transeo Chairman
